The non-baffled Sceptre's were too loud for me. Got annoying after a couple hundred miles.
I've been running the Sceptre's with the 2" baffle. I'm happy with them - sounds great to me. Got a buddy running the 1-1/2" - sounds good as well, just not as loud as the 2".
