The only way to really get rid of most of the wind is with a fairing... Even the much bigger shield on my Harley was no match for my ride out to Vegas... Just too much wind whips around the corners and over the top.... so now I'm looking for fairings for both the Harley and my 06 SM... and I usually ride with a full face helmet...
