I don't think I've ever seen any dog carriers made for bikes, I'm sure sombody probly makes one though, guy in town here has one of them french(spit)butterfly dogs,

jacket. Guess as long as the dog dont try to climb out its cool. Try local pet shop they may be able to suggest somthing.
