Hey Shane, I went through almost exactly this same dialogue with BIR about 6months back, and though I think they're knobheads in some ways, as Moe and Phil say, t'is their club, plain and simple. I even went so far to invite the guy (not sure if it's this guy, name doesn't sound right though) to visit our site, but doubt he ever bothered. Hey, don't sweat it, their loss!!
