I've been into mechanic and races. Now I'm becoming old...

And after a wheeling life with 100+bhp bikes I want a more phylosophical way of motorcycling...

I suffered some falling and bone braking in past, but it didn't hurt me, after "bone repairing" I was riding again.

Now the age is pushing me into an "I love the life and it can be better enjoyed with the right bike" dimension.

After heavy bikes, slow bikes, powerful bikes, road burners bikes, I want to find the "intelligent" bike!

For the intelligent bike is a bike that does everything good and is into the middle for price, power, maintenance, parts prices.

Does it exists the intelligent bike?

Here in Italy I live in the land of the tracks, races, and sport bikes: Ducati, MVAgusta, Guzzi, Aprilia and lot of other bike brands that have made the story of motorcycling and races.
It seems that everybody what to be like Valentino Rossi or Loris Capirossi, but I want to enjoy the Alpes and their landscapes more than running thru the curves waiting for the next falling...

I like the Speedmaster, but its 1655mm wheelbase tells me it's not an enjoyable bike in twisties when i get some. The Sporty with 1535mm (60.4") is still handleing bike but I hate its problems (oil leak, SAE threads/bolts, expensive parts) vibrations are good but make me tired after long riding.
My brother tells me to buy a Thruxton, but I want a more relaxing driving position.
So I'm still in doubt between the Speedmaster and a Bonneville Black/T100...

Sincerely.
