MARSEE - Full Flow Summer Glove - Men's XL. I would take a Men's Large, if necessary.
Turned up missing out of my garage over the holidays. (I think I know who got them, but that's another story.)
Marsee no longer makes apparel, so even though I have contacted several shops/dealers that advertise carrying these online, I am striking out.
I used them last year, and like them because they are suitable in the rain, offer good, all-leather protection, have gel inserts in the palms, and no straps or fasteners on the 2" gauntlets. They just slip on, slip off, but with the elastic in the wrist, they fit good and snug.
As the season has arrived, my favorite gloves - the TRIUMPH Highway Glove, will soon be a bit cumbersome with the long, over-the-sleave gauntlets they have. I would take to the Perforated Highway Glove, but for the same reason. I want something shorter in the hot Summer months. I wish TRIUMPH made a shorter-cuffed all-weather leather glove.
If anyone can locate me some of these MARSEEs, I would be forever grateful. As a group, I figure we go in and out of a lot of different motorcycle shops, so maybe someone has some old stock still out, and maybe one of you can find some for me.
I have been looking at other brands, but so far everything else I have found seems to be a compromise. These should be about $40, if you can find them.

I JUST bought the Triumph Raptor vented Glove. They are short,Gel, mostly leather, heavily vented and have the knuckle protection for those pesky bugs n things that hit your hands. I will say they are GREAT for 3 seasons but not for the cold weather. The only thing, they have a single velcrow strap to tighten. I bought them on sale at the Dealership last Saturday on sale for 38.00. I like them, I call them Rumble gloves cause of the Knuckles.
I'll look around for the Marsee brand for you. If I find some I'll let you know. One of my friends works at Rolling Thunder here in town so I'm always hangin' around there.

There is a BMW/Duc/Tri dealer on ebay selling Marsee gloves- maybe they can set you up. Try here.
Now you got me wanting a pair.
Edit - I emailed them about other sizes. We'll see....

I already faxed, emailed, or called everybody I could find on the web. Seems nobody stocks(ed?) them. Small wonder Marsee would quit the line, if the dealers would not stock up....I got lucky and found the first pair at British-USA, or I would have never known about them. They only have a couple pair left, in small sizes.
Just hopeing someone can stumble upon some. I do not know how long ago they quit manufacturing them.
I have seen the Raptor gloves, and would have a pair, if British-USA ever sees to order any in a man's size, and in Black. They have had the same ladies' large pair for at least 2 years.....If they would stock some inventory, they would sell more merchandise. Can't buy what's not there.

Call the dealer in SLC. I called them and they have the Raptor in stock in a XL. They told me they would ship them but If they won't ship them let me know and we can work something out. Tel: 801-936-4600

Looking for gloves in all the wrong places.....
I am assuming you did a Google search for Marsee Summer Gloves?
If not, there seem to be several places still listing them. If so, ignore this.

From the pics on the ebay link, the Marsee summer gloves look to have the same length gauntlets as my Triumph Perf Highway gloves sans the velcro strap. If all else fails get the Triumph gloves and a exacto knife.

I have so many pair of riding gloves now I starting to feel like Imelda Marcos. My $10.00 HD closeout bin specials are the best all round for early spring, late fall and early winter riding, still have not found a pair for summer I'm really happy with.
I got the newest JC Whitney Motorcycle Cat. in the mail and they have a pair of finger cutoffs that are vent. with gel pads and padded kucnkeles for $38.00 they look pretty nice and I'm going to order a pair.

I have 4 pairs of gloves. A pair of fingerless gloves for when it is hot out, a pair of Triumph Raptor vented gloves for when it is warm out, a pair of generic leather (with moderate insulation) riding gloves for when it is cool out, and a pair of Triumph (Oh my g#d it is cold out) gloves that are windproof, waterproof and insulated beyond anyones need in Florida.
The fingerless gloves are used at least 50% of the time, the Raptor vented gloves 35% of the time, the generic leather gloves 14% of the time and the heavyduty Triumph gloves about 1% of the time.

I stand corrected, LJ3000's links had better pics of the Marsee summer gloves. you're right the gauntlets are shorter than the Triumph Highway gloves.

Well I just ordered a pair of the gloves from Sierra Trading Post. $28 + $6 for shipping. I'll let you know how they fit. I wanted a pair with a cuff. Scott

i'm sure you've found some good gloves already with all the suggestions but here are the ones i ride with. great for summer AND winter. and they don't have that goofy cuff that rides up your arm. icon tarmac2 i highly recomend them and they're only 35 bucks or so depending on where you get them. thorn

If I see a pair in my travels, I'll check em out. The black ones look good. Thanks.
Until them, I'm back to my trusty Sears (or was it Tractor Supply?) mechanic gloves.

I got my Marsee summer gloves they are nice but I wanted a larger gautlet. I am going to try and find someone who can sew a piece of leather on them.

I wear mechanics gloves the impact version, they are light weight with good air flow and have gel palms. Also they cost half of what bike gloves cost.
