Hardley is never fast doesn't matter what they do. They can be fast for a Hardley but not fast. The fastest Hardleys I have ever seen have been built shovels. But I am talking SS big bore jugs , polished and balanced crank, stroked , chevy valves and manly keepers , crane springs , wiseco racing pistons, etc.. and still couldn't get away from my 66 TR6C with little more than 10.5:1 pistons.
