I get a little vibration between about 15 - 22 mph that I believe is being caused by a small tight spot on my chain. The chain only has 7200 miles on it and I've taken pretty good care of it. The cahin has plenty of adjustment left, it seems to smooth out at speed, and it really doesn't bother me much. I'm wondering if anyone else feels this and if it might cause me other problems that I haven't thought of.

I get the same but would say its very little, and at about the same speed. i would say your right and is a tight spot somewere in the chain. i just rev a little bit more and if your at around change gear speed just slip the cluch a little. dont think its anything to worry about, but not being to technical minded give your dealer a ring and ask or if under warranty take it in. you may get some better advice from others here who know a lot more than me, sorry could not be of any more help. hope you get some better replys.

You can check this easily enough. Back the chain adjustment off one side (1/6 turn), give the wheel a good kick to move it forward, tighten up the axle nut and go for a ride.
The chain should be adjusted at its tightest point, otherwise it it possible to damage the axle and transmission bearings.

Yeah, that's what I figured so I already did that but even with the chain very loose I still get this vibration, though not nearly as bad as with it tight.
Today I jacked it up and went link by link. It seems like I have a 3 link section that is just a little tight. The links still move just not as freely as the rest of the chain. There really doesn't seem to be a "tightest point" and I know the adjustment isn't too tight. There is plenty of adjustment left to go if I need to tighten it so I'm not worried about adjustment. Maybe I'm just being a little over sensitive but I think I might have one of the techs at Ericos take it for a spin to see what they think.

If you have a 3 link section that seems to be the culprit, the center link of the 3 is probably dry or otherwise damaged. You could probably fix it by removing that link and putting a master link in it's place.
