Fitted progressive front springs and 440 on the rear. I found them to be a bit harsh on poor surfaces with the setting backed off to the softest. I weigh 12 stone which i thought would be about average but have gone for the lighter spring, waiting for it to arrive and then i,ll let yas know how it goes..It is still heaps better than stock..cheers.
