I don't know if we can do a long distance estimate on the bike, but I'll check in the morning when I get to the shop.
Best I can do is write up what you have describes with the part numbers, and estimate labor.
Pictures are worth a thousand words. If you could hit me with some good detailed pics of all the damaged areas, I could be much more accurate.
