I thank GOD you're still with us. Your bike is a 100th anniversary edition. With all your improvements, it's worth $10K, but if you were going to sell it, it may bring $7500. That's because the people in the market for this type of bike don't know their real value.
The accident you had reminds me of what I do when a cager flags me through. I go to neutral, push back with my legs and hold my hands up while shaking my head "no". This situation is an invitation to disaster. The cagers have good intentions, but do not realize our vulnerability. Check with the dealer in Jackson, MS and for sure Houston has a dealership.
