I can not remember the last time I upshifted with my toe. Seriously. And that was on somebody else's bike.

I had the rocker lever installed before I took delivery of the bike, and being my first motorcycle, I found it a bit awkward at first, and used the toe-shift quite a bit. I had to learn how to use it, but do like it a lot. I wear size 10.5 boots, so there is an issue of foot room, but it is not a major issue. (I rode 350+ miles yesterday, and another 325 today.)

I use the rear pegs a lot when I'm "getting there" on the freeway, but when traffic, lights, or other conditions dictate, my feet are wear they belong. I could modify the rocker, or get foot boards, but after nearly 29k miles, what's the rush. It works.
