I can't tell you how the quick release rate but I like the idea of having the ability to remove your saddlebags easy. I have the triumph brackets with the zippered Willie & Max saddlebags. The ability to remove the saddlebags without much hassle makes the usual maintenence nice. When cleaning and oiling the chain, brake work, rim cleaning etc. its nice to have thme out of the way.
