Not sure about lowering it, but the part number listed at the beginning of the post was what I bought from MAW. The springs make a very noticeable difference in handling. Much better, tighter, corners better, less brake dive, etc. I changed my oil to a 50/50 mix of 10w and 15w and have had awesome results.
