There are too many weak dealers with this line, it really hinders the growth of Triumph. Focus on the line as a premium product, understand both the product and the people who buy bikes. Too often these little multiline dudes simply take for granted that people show up and buy, they dont grab the more that HD does really offer, as sense of being a part of more than just getting bike, but the entrance into the community and that you are wanted. So much missed opportunity, it sucks.
