All kidding aside, 10 years ago I guy completely out of control trying to pass a line of cars in a no passing zone had to cut back in to miss oncoming traffic and just grazed my rear bumper.

The guy jumps out of his car and the only words he knows is you F***** C***S*****. There was 10 to 15 eye witness and this guy throws a coffee cup at me hitting me in the head.

I went ballistic on him and really kick the crap out of him, broke his nose and his jaw. Well the guy sues me and two years later and a ton of aggervation we go to court and he does not show up the judge dimisses the crimal charges against me for excessive force.

Luckily my insurance company supported me on the civil case and settled with the guy for $15,000.

Bottom line law abidding folks like us can not win, the courts and laws are all out of balance and a**holes like him know it.
