ok then do it the "New" American way, call your laywer,
file a civil suit, sue him for 10 million cuz hes causing you "emotional truama". Making you loose sleep, time from work, sexual dysfunction etc etc....
Oh and while you are at it, might as well sue the police and town, for failing to take action. maybe the bikes manufaturer also.
