Stay as far from him as possible! These people will lie and get you in trouble. Use the video and keep on the police good side and recruit the neighbors to complain.
Long story, too long for here, but my girlfriends teenage daughter had a neighbor teen that didn't get along with her. My girlfriend drove down the street, watched the girl continue walking the opposite way, 1/2 hour later got a call to go to police station, we went, she was arrested for running over the girl's foot! This girl planned the "incident"as far as even writing down the plate number ahead of time. We had to go to court, car insurance even paid her ambulance ride. This girl put my girlfriend through a lot of trouble and embarassment. My point is, don't underestimate how much of an a''hole this person could be.
