The idea of causing physical harm to this numb sckull may make you feel good about yourself but it will also most likely get you into trouble with the law. Best avoid that plan, however good it may sound.

Best plan is to try and get all of the people in your cul-de-sac to get involved. That and try to find a really good police officer who is open to a bit of "extra" duties.
