Alright, heres the story, there's a guy that has a very powerful enduro type bike, not sure what it is, but he comes down our road WIDE OPEN, turns around in the cul-de-sac, and by the time he comes back by the front of the house, he's doing like 60 mph on the back wheel. It is EXTREMELY loud and dangerous. I made a kind gesture to him to simply stop and talk about the children (I have 2, ages 8 and 14) that are always playing in and around the road, chasing balls and such...but he merely coasted toward me, turned around and popped the clutch, and took off in the other direction. He takes ALOT of joy in taunting me. I DO NOT like to be taunted, so BAMOM (wifey)calls the sheriff. They simply say theres nothing they can do, unless they actually see him...This has been going on for several weeks now, and the sheriff has been here twice.. He came down again today, and I picked up a 10 inch 2 by 6 and launched it toward him, barely missing his frame...Am I wrong in threatening him physically? Part of me thinks so, but boy was it fun watching him dodge that 2 by 6 at 60 mph!!! I told the cops to do whatever they need to do to keep from having to come out and scrape my little girls body out of the street, and again, say there's nothing they can do until they catch him.....We know where he lives, and the sheriff was out there yesterday, but again, he was out taunting me again today as if nothing was said....Any ideas?
