Guys, thank you for the help in the past. Yesterday I picked up my new Speedmaster! I am rockin'! Had them jet and put the TORs on it before pick up.
Had .4 miles on it when I picked it up and now has 10. 20 degress and 55 mph don't mix well. But it was fun!
Just had to tell everyone!

Welcome Peter to the best, most exclusive club on this site...Speedmaster ownership.

And just to rub it in, I have about 10 minutes left on this board before I go enjoy an 82 degree Arizona day on the bike.

Don't be too envious; In another couple of months he won't make it outside without cooking himself in 120 degree heat!

Hey, it only gets up to about 105 here in the summer.

And it's a DRY heat.

This is the first week in the 80s out here and the start of the first half of prime riding season. From now till mid May, it's perfect for me. 2nd half of prime riding season begins in September and lasts till November.

I think I'll go down and check out some baseball spring training today.

Its so damnable hard to suffer through these long winters. The cold is just nearly insufferable. It was so warm yesterday PM I had to take the liner out of my jacket.

It such a hassle to have to start out in the AM with a lined jacket and heavy gloves and a belaclava and then in the PM ya have to stow it all.

Makes us wish we lived where the weather stays cold all day just to have some consistency.

Welcome. You are mighty dam close to my place. Short little jaunt down 126, one of the better riding roads in the area, though it is getting too busy for my tastes. You should be scared, VERY scared.

The snorkel/AI thing shouldn't take you more than 1/2-1 hour. Piece of cake. If you need or would like a hand, let me know.

I think I will stick to going west on 126, to much traffic if one goes east bound.
Thanks for the info on the snorkle/AI

Welcome Saber! It will not take long to remove the AI. I would recommend getting the Air Injection removal kit from Newspeedmaster.com. It cost like $24.95 for a stainless steel or nickel plated machined bolt with America or a Brit flag on it and all the washers and plugs.
