I'll ask this again: How does a cop determine the "legal limit" when a driver is stoned?
Can you drive if you only smoke a little?
Or if it's not really good weed?
How long after smoking can one safely operate a car?
Will drivers suspected of being stoned have to submit to a blood test?
What should the penalty be for driving while stoned?

JH, I didn't see your post until after mine, sorry.
The problem as I see it will be abuse, just like people abuse cell phones while driving.
One of our cars has On-Star, and even with hands-free operation I find myself distracted while driving and talking on the phone.
It makes you wonder how many people will drive while stoned if weed is easily available, and how distracted they will be while laughing hysterically and looking for fast food.
