Considering the up's and downs of this natural drug (excuse the punt) what are your views and do you think it should be legal worldwide.
At the moment in the UK, if your found to have a small amount of cannabis on your person, the Police will take it and give you a caution.
Here's the considerations:
If it where legal, would there be less crime.
Would the side effects from cannabis be less than other drugs to treat medical conditions.
Do you think the use of cannabis for medical conditions should be decriminalized.
