If you try the smaller jets, put in a new set of plugs at the same time. That will tell you what you need to know. If they are bright white after a hard ride with WOT, then get them out of there and put in a size larger. You should put in new plugs now to get a good base reading.
I suspect the TORs are a bottleneck. Without removing baffles, they are almost as restrictive as stock pipes. Even with the ghetto freak, you can only pump in as much air as you can pull out.
