My setup is pretty close to yours. Ghetto Freak, 2 shims, no AI, Thunderbikes, and Brent's Thumbscrews.
I originally started with 146.5's but had to go way open on the Idle mixture screws to alleviate mucho decel popping. Like you, I'm currently running 150's, but the bike runs a little better when choked. So, I was planning on bumping the mains up to 152 or 155 until I read your post.
Now I guess I'll try the 45 pilots I have stashed instead. The 146.5 mains didn't do it for my setup which is pretty close to yours.
