attribute part of the cause of only one to speed the other factor was sand in a curve.
Other 2 crashes 1 involed pedestian and taxi cab.
2 was young girl pulling out of gas station into my path.
I've had a few, but the most "memorable" was rear ending a stopped mid 60’s Mustang while riding my Honda CB350 back in 1973 and watching a fetching young thing in a very short skirt and halter top rather than the car ahead of me. The car and the bike were both undamaged, but the laughter of the girl and witnesses severely damaged my poor fragile ego.  
Had kind of a similar incedent, I was admireing a well shaped behind once and nearly "rear ended" an suv at a stop light. Wouldnt that hvae been a change of pace.My wife yelled "watch it" just in time to snap me back to Earth.
Then said somthing like keep your eyes off the butts and on the road.
