The Valvoline is the stuff...I payed 3.40 a quart. Any NAPA store can get it for you in a couple hours. At least that's what the guys at two different NAPA dealers told me. Probably depends on how close you are to a local wharehouse.

I used this and the Lucas Oil treatment and the gearbox is very happy.

Cost me $25.00 plus a bit of a mess to change my oil compared to the 70.00 at a dealer. (including the Lucas)

The only trouble doing my own oil is the placement of the drain plug. If you put it up on the lift, there's no way to collect the old stuff. Course, now that I've got my driveway gunked up...the solution is a block under the kickstand and a shallow plastic pan. Available for 4.00 at NAPA. SOME of this stuff I figure out on my own.
