I got new tyres on yesterday metzler 880 rear ME33 front and the dude at the shop threw in a free dyno run while I was there. I have never witnessed a dyno run before and watching my scoot being put thru its paces was a real eye opener. Man these are really strong engines. When the dude loaded up the dyno the sound from the engine working that hard sent a tingle up my spine. I love this bike!!!
So here is the chart showing HP only but it was pulling 48.2 torque and 60.4 HP.
My setup is:
Unifilter
All snorkels gone
2" hole in bottom of filter and airbox
140 main
45 pilot
TBS needle
3 turns on mixture screws
Madaz stainless pipes(minimal baffle)
The dyno dude says too rich on main jet - suggested I try a 130. Also a little rich on the needle but nothing I can do about that. He suggests I go for more baffle to increase back pressure. He also reckons I should get about 64 ponies after I make these changes.
