The Lynx MC Frosty Balls Poker Run is scheduled for 3/18 starting right outside Baltimore, MD!! That's gonna be rough to make considering the day before's activities, but it should be okay. It's basically a run to the MD/PA line and back.

Any area riders interested?

Here's the flier:

Can't say I remember ever seeing a Lynx member around here wearing their colors, but this is only a couple minutes from my front door. I've stopped in at that shop a couple times, next time I'll ask if they know the America owner.

Naturally I've chosen to be in Vermont for St Pats and will miss this event....

Hey Jeff,

If the weather isn’t nasty, I’m up for it….

Will the other DC guys be coming? Is KC still riding? Can you bring me a hi-beam lens?

It’s been hard recently getting the guys together. Bumper is in Iraq, Cass moved to N.C. and his bike was parked out front and was run over. Kasey has been starting up a towing company in his spare time and hasn’t ridden very much but he’s going to ride with me to Ft Myers and the Keys in Florida at the end of May. We are heading down after Rolling Thunder. Frank got transferred to Ft. Levenworth Kansas for officer training and I still hook up with Carlos & Joe occasionally. Anyway Looking forward to riding up your way. Hi-beam lens???

Jeff,

I just talked to Kasey. Looks like I can talk him into dusting off the bike and him and Biog Steve will join us. Finally dawned on me what the hi-beam lens' is. Anyway, Kasey going to see if he can lay his hands on one for you....

Fred,

A few folks are meeting at the Daily Grind in Fell's Point, leaving there no later than 10:15. Can you make it there by 10? Do you remember how to get there?

I’ll meet you at the Daily Grind. The hard part is getting Kasey’s a*s out of bed that early….

Joe & Carlos work Sunday’s now. Looks like it will probably be me, Kasey & Big Steve. The other Steve in sales might also join us. He’s supposed to let me know later this week...

Jeff,

I might have to blow off Sunday’s run. The scooter is having a problem. It was nice this past Saturday so I decided to take a run over to OC for the day. On the way back I noticed the clutch was sliping. I rode it again on Sunday and to work yesterday and it seems to have gotten worse. Last night I talked with the mechanics over at Clinton it looks like I’m due for a clutch replacement. I just ordered the parts and Tim has agreed to throw it in for me. If the parts come in this week the bike should be ready by Saturday evening, if not, then I think I’m going to have to pass for Sunday’s ride.

Since I got almost 47k out of the original clutch, I figured I go with another stock one. Since Clinton does not get parts in on Saturday's, if they don't come in today then I'm def out this weekend. I'll let you know...

POSTPONED to 3/25.

I can't make that date as the night before me, my wife and 18 of our friends will be touring Baltimore's seedier strip clubs in a stretch Hummer limo to celebrate my 45th year on God's green earth!! She's a good woman!! And I know I'll be in no shape to ride!!
