I have the day off, so I thought I'd go for a ride. I looked out the window- not a cloud in the sky, simply beautiful. I checked the temp 68 degrees- perfect. I hopped on the bike pulled out of the garage headed out east across the lake- wham! 35 mile an hour cross winds. It was gusting so bad I couldn't even do the "just lean into it" trick. It was a pretty miserable ride. I didn't last more that a few minutes before turning around. As I pulled into the garage I swear I heard the weather gods snickering at me. Grrr!

WOW, a 68 degree day. I'd ride through gale force winds and flaming dog crap if I could have a 68 degree day

Weather Gods snickering at you? It was 33 degrees in Miami this morning. They're laughing their a$$e$ off. At least our mates down in Oz should be hot.

nuthin - I feel you bro. I went home sick today around 1:30, I was feeling too bad to ride, even! But the sunshine was killing me, it was so gorgeous. Now I don't feel so bad that I just went straight home and went to bed...
