I was wondering if some of you NASCAR fans could 'splain this to me...
Now I know you like to label your favorite drivers as "athletes", but I'm wondering just how much skill it takes to drive one of those MO-chines. I'm watching this Duel(Dual?) 150 race earlier, and there's a guy driving by the name of James Hylton. Now granted the guy has been doing this for a long time, but he's also
72 years old. So even though he's been drinking from the NASCAR moonshine trough for a long long time, I'm thinking you don't need cat-like reflexes and boatloads of talent to drive a NEXTEL Cup racecar. Afterall, it's not like you have to deal with all the buttons on a Formula 1 car's steering wheel.
