Hey Lark, you need to have it in your gallery, or somewhere on the web to do the pic. I see you were trying to post from your hard drive...
So quick lesson, now that it is in your gallery, go look at it, then right click it and do properties, then copy THAT location and past it when you do the "image" thing.
