Here it comes, some (LIKE MY WIFE) have been wishing for snow in New England for weeks, now it appears we will get half a winter season snow fall in one storm, last report up to 20 inches in Litchfield county. APRIL 1ST SIX WEEKS TO GO.

Haha...looks like everyone in the NE is gonna get slammed but us in NYC area. We're supposed to get an inch of rain instead of the foot of snow.

Hey I'm secure enough with my 'manhood' to use words like frolic...
Not that there's anything wrong with that if I was using it the other way ...

I don't know what the deal is up north. The past 2 days it's actually been getting warmer down here. Forties and low fifties last week but it's been in the sixties yesterday and today

Be careful about how you use that word never know who could be offended. Had a 2 hr sexual harrassment class at work today.
And saying a word like FROLIC to the wrong person.(or even the right person, if he/she is having a bad day) could get you fired.

According to channel 3 news just now. My area could get 4-10inches of snow. Then agian they said could be rain.then again they said could be snow, rain, ice, snow rain. think I'll use a sick day tommorrow.

It has not yet began to snow here in western CT. the air is to dry and it is evaporating beore it hits the ground they say between 10 and 12 tonight before it really gets started.

Typical hysteria, gas lines, supermarkets jammed and video stores booming, drove past the new Home Depot in Southington at 3:00 PM and the lot was packed looked like they were having a run on snowblowers.

We are all p***ies now.

My little brother and I use to walk a mile to school in the snow. We use to have to get at least 18" of snow before they called off school. Now they cancel school before the first flakes even fall.

Just heard on the weather that the track of the storm is moving a little further south than original thought which means a hell of a snow storm for CT..

My local got approx. 7 inches today. After my neighbor and I shoveled for an hour and a half the land lady stuck her head out and said "don't shovel I have a guy coming to plow". Deffinately killed any ideas of frolicing. Ya know, if that word scares you, look up frotage. :-)

Well I'm sitting here in the Marriott in Farmington CT. Not a FLAKE of snow in the air (yet). Bout dam time we got some snow! AND I am headed to VT friday!! Wohoo!! I love going home when there is snow

When I first moved to NY, it never failed that I would go on my normal grocery shopping the night before a storm. So I actually NEEDED bread, and it was wiped out. What is it about bread and milk anyway?!?! It's not like you REALLY get stuck for more than a day down there anyway...

Benny,

I think the milk and bread thing is ingrained in our genes when we were kids.

Whenever they show the stores on the news before a storm they always show the milk and bread isles and they are always empty.

man we're in it now!...the bride almost ate it this am on the way to work...and we have a wedding today at 3:00 North West of Concord NH (heading into the jaws of the storm)...who the F gets married mid-week anyway...even if it is valentines day

If this guy wasn't a good friend (or he had more than just a few people attending this wedding) I'ld be home warm and toasty dreaming of twisty roads and two wheels..watching this crap fall and occasionally removing it from the driveway...but NNNNOOOOOOO...oh well slow and steady

Could be worse. I always hate it when i get invited to a weedding on a saturday. It ALWAYS clashes with soccer. You can tell women pick the wedding dates. No self respecting man would ever get married during the soccer season.

Just remember to use your legs, and not your backs as you shovel tons of snow from driveway and sidewalks. Better yet use your kid's or neighborhood kid's legs and backs to shovel. It builds character.

And you can just keep that white stuff over on that side of the country, Spring is about to start for us

there's a good foot here...and its got that nice slush/ice mix for the last 5 inches or so...lovely stuff to shovle/snowblow
