More to it than that. The tubes that enter the head just to the outside of the spark plugs are the AI. They have to be removed and the holes in the head plugged. The valve? that they hook into as well as the vacuum tubing and the tube to the airbox have to be removed to do the job right.
Brent at NewSpeedmaster sells an excellent kit with full instructions.
It shouldn't affect your warranty, and no other mods are
required as all it does is puts fresh air into the exhaust to help burn any unburned fuel.
You will however want to do at least the above mention maintenance items anyway, and I'm sure that you will then want to change pipes, modify your airbox, etc. which will require rejetting
