Iron Man is in production, with Robert Downey Jr playing the lead. Jeff Bridges was just cast but they're keeping his roll quiet right now.
Silver Surfer is in Fantastic Four 2, but there's been no mention of Galactus yet.

The new rumor is that Adrian Brody is playing Banner in the Hulk action-oriented franchise reboot.
