The four white plastic restrictors go in at the gauge end of the tubes. You only need two of them and two lines of course. I cut a small length of tube and connected the center two tubes together. I used the two outside tubes to run the plastic tubeing with the restrictors. The directions didnt tell which way to insert the restictors. I put mine about an inch into the tube with the large opening facing outward or towards the gauge. The other parts are for bikes with out ports that ours already have. Mine works so I assume its put together mostly right.
