Ok people got a removal kit and , removed the offending piece of useless flesh. repaced the spark plugs and bike ran like a purring cat on a catnip bush.
Anyway after the guys sat around discussing if the AI was actually the problem we decided to take it apart , and HEY FRICKIN PRESTO there was the front diaphram from the vacume SPLIT... so we deducted that was in fact the problem..
So all you guys in places where you cannot remove the AI just check the diaphram before giving up all hope and throwing yourselves to the marshmello man.
oh as an after thought check your cush rubbers regulary.
they are definately spent after 4-5,000 miles.
And a use for the removed AI unit " Blow gently into the airbox inlet and WOW you get a great tune out of it, it will be sampled and put onto a record, we will sell it market it globally and then watch and wait for the AI gremlins to start stealing every AI kit of every triumph , look out for them they play sweet tunes.
laters people FU Mcc England.
