Well, of course Oklaqhoma is #1 (go big XII) but Tenn. is a great state, good riding roads and the winters are moderate...cost of living is simular to here...2000 to 2200 sq ft home (living space) pluse 2-car garage for 90K to 150K ---this depending if you opt for the "mini-mansion" style.....
