A google search on "compare cost of living between" brought up a host of sites to do that with ...a quick blast thru one of them revealed a 3.4% decrease in cost of living from Rochester NY (sorry it was as close as I could get) to Chatanooga....but there are others Like www.salaryexpert.com

that have Can-a-Dinqua listed...
