on my speedy, i changed the drag bars over to the t100 standard bars. i lined up all the marks and i still get a pretty pronounced vibration at 3300 to about 3700 rpms. at 4000 rpms the bike is as smooth as can be. i figure i changed the harmonics enough to cause this. i ride a lot at that rpm because of traffic.

i can find all kinds of 3/4 inch bar ends, but no 1 inch bar ends.

any body install 1 inch bar ends out there?
any other suggestions?

Considered getting someone to turn you some up? All they are is chromed/powder coated lumps of steel with a hole and a shoulder - shouldn't cost much to get them done up on a lathe.

Have you tried the Kuryakin ISO grips yet? Mine made a huge difference in the vibrations.
There are a set for sale a few threads down.

There is a nifty little gizmo you can buy called a bar snake. You could try one of those as well.
