Maybe you don't owe enough. Now that I've paid everything off and am living on a cash up front basis, my rating is slowly slipping toward zero. It was really high when I was in debt to everyone in the county. Maybe they have a problem when the income:debt ratio gives then a 'divide by zero' error.
