I'm looking to coat the pipes on my Thruxton. With all the research I did, I agree with JR. Correct me if I'm wrong, but ceramic coating seems to be a heavier, more durable coating. The big plus is that ceramic disperses much more heat from the pipes than powder will, resulting in less hot air being pulled back into the engine meaning a cooler and more efficient engine.
