Ok, so the cop is sitting up the road watching the bar parking lot at 1am fishing for easy pickings. Out comes this guy, he staggers all around the prking lot, stumbles on several cars, after three or four tries gets his keys into the door and gets in. he revs the motor really loud and goes out the parking lot and up the road. The cop follows him a bit and then pulls the guy over.
the driver gets out, does all the field sobriety tests and passes them all. The cop finally asks how much he had to drink that eve. "Not a drop all night officer, I'm the designated decoy."
