Yes, there are 2 adjustments. The control rod has adjustable ends and, should that not be enough for what you want, the lever at the gearbox is splined on so you can pop it off and move it on the shaft. You have to take the bolt out of the hole to do this, shift shafts are universally groved so that the lever won't fall off if the nut is loose but the bolt is still in place.
