There's a Triumph Light Bar schematic in the tech vault as well as a fuse block layout. As stated in the previous posts, if you leave the on/off switch in the left lamp shell you might possibly blow fuse #8 if any of the switch connectors come in contact with the grounded shell. I didn't add any insulation (although that's probably the best way) I rotated the switch until the contacts were clear of the lamp shell and tightened the mounting nut.

I agree, the hardest part was fishing the wire through the bar. I'm thinking of re-doing mine by pulling out the wire from the bar on the left lamp and relocating the two relay control wires to the tank console. Makes a lot more sense.
