I'm not mad, I guess I just have low expectations. I refuse to let myself get spoiled by Brent. Few other businesses are as on-the-ball (and even HE has things back-ordered from time to time, yet nobody pitches a fit). As soon as I saw how deep this sale was, I knew they'd be swamped with orders they couldn't possibly fill. Combine that with knowing how little inventory most Triumph dealers keep on hand, I just assumed it would be a long wait. That's part of the price of getting such a great deal.
All that said, my only disappointment was the lack of communication regarding the order. If I didn't have this source of info I probably would've called and got the story myself.
