I have to admit that this is trying my patience as well. They said two weeks to ship, after three I called and they said all the parts were coming in last Friday, and would ship that day or Monday. I believe over on the RAT forums that people had called a week prior to when I did and got the same story at least a week earlier - and now almost a week later it's the same story again. So, for at least two weeks now they've been telling people that the parts are coming in and will ship in the next day or two.
Again, I wasn't in any hurry to get the stuff when I ordered. I easily accepted the 2 weeks to ship as well and I can easily accept that they had a lot more orders than anticipated and it was going to take longer than stated to ship.
What I can't accept is that they haven't responded to email and haven't kept people notified of the delay. Its now twice as long as they stated it would ship. Plus, they charged my CC on the 10th.
I'll wait impatiently for the items to arrive (just some shirts and a key chain) but can't imagine ordering from them again.
