First of all, my vendors have real time inventory available to me. When I order from Norhtern tool, brent, Neweeg and others, I get my orders within a week.I have over a thousand customers that I do business with. I have internet, fax and phone ordering available to them. Orders placed before 8 PM get to them the next day in most areas. On occasion, an order might take 2-3 days. I inform the customer imediately if this happens. I have no phone menu. If a customer calls with an order or needs a repair, someone always picks up the phone. If theyjust told me the truth in the beginning, I wouldn't care. And anyway, FJ, why are you getting so mad, bud?
