I emailed them yesterday, Feb 22, with no reply so far.

So I called them this morning and they told me that everything that needed to be ordered was going to arrive today and was going to ship out to customers today or Monday. They said that I should receive an email with shipping info, so we'll see.

While I'm in no hurry either, I think they could do a lot better job in the customer notification department. How hard could it have been to send out a global email to everyone that ordered explaining the situation? Then maybe an email or two in the following weeks with some sort of update?

While I'm not writing them off completely, I can't imagine ordering from them again.

At this point in time I'm just hoping the kids t-shirts I ordered still fit my kids when they arrive.
