I would give them another week or two. More than likely they had to place a very large order with Triumph and charged all our cards to cover the order. They probably got a little over there heads with this sale and it will take them longer than normal to get everything out. One thing you can do is call your credit card company and tell them about your concern and they can put a note regarding this charge. If you receive the goods as advertised then you are good to go. If not then you can go back to your credit card company, which will have already noted your concern.

Last year I ordered from Big 4 Cycle, the Engine Dresser Bars and Triumph Raptore Perforated Gloves. About 12 days later I received the Gloves and was billed just for the gloves. I never did receive the Engine Dresser Bars. After waiting about a month I was going to call them, but then decided I really didn't need the Dresser Bars. I received conformation that I had ordered the Dresser Bars, but to this day I still have not received them.
